I called their customer support number and after 15 minutes of impatient instructions on their part, they eventually told me to send it back (at my expense) so they could repair it. Two weeks later it was sent back with no explanation and missing the usb cable that I returned with the unit. When I called again for help, they hung up on me. I would never buy anything from them ever again. Rude, elitist customer support and overpriced inferior products aren't acceptable. I purchased one of these and it was of no help whatsoever.
